Bahía de Alcántara is a gated residential enclave of garden apartments situated directly on the seafront promenade of San Pedro de Alcántara. Designed to harmonize with its coastal context, the development consists of low-rise terracotta-hued buildings arranged around lush subtropical gardens and a central swimming pool.
The architectural language merges traditional Andalusian typologies with bold, sculptural elements—expressed in cantilevered balconies, timber pergolas, and deep recessed loggias—creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. The carefully curated landscaping incorporates local flora and water features, lending a resort-like atmosphere to the community.
With direct access to the beach and unobstructed sea views, the project provides a serene yet vibrant residential setting, where architecture, nature, and leisure converge seamlessly.
