Master planning project for a landmark international resort nestled between mountains and water in a privileged natural setting. The design organizes the development around a lively town center, connected to various residential, hotel, and leisure areas that come together as a unified community.
The proposal structures the site around a seafront Towncenter envisioned as a commercial and social hub, with direct access to the water through wooden floating pavilions. Surrounding it, a variety of accommodation types—including apartments, private villas, and residential towers—are strategically placed to maximize views while preserving the site’s natural character. The layout is completed with two five-star hotels: a waterfront resort and a conference hotel set on a lush peninsula.
The master plan defines a cohesive urban environment where each area maintains its own identity within a shared aesthetic inspired by Mediterranean resort architecture. Native vegetation, natural materials, and carefully designed lighting strategies contribute to enhancing the sensory experience and the landscape’s overall quality.
