Los Granados – Organic Architecture for Elevated Living
Los Granados is the most sculptural and organic phase within the Palo Alto masterplan, designed by our studio in response to the natural contours and elevated position of the site in Ojén, Málaga. Comprising 60 residences, this development reimagines the Mediterranean apartment block through fluid forms, large overhanging terraces, and a softened architectural language that blurs the line between interior and exterior space.
Our concept centers on the idea of architecture as topography: volumes emerge naturally from the hillside, with each floor stepping back to create expansive private terraces that function as true outdoor living rooms. These generous terraces—all oriented toward sweeping Mediterranean views—are seamlessly integrated with the interiors, enhancing spatial flow and solar exposure.
The design emphasizes organic form, material warmth, and spatial fluidity, and was developed in close collaboration with Porcelanosa, whose premium finishes contribute to the project’s elevated standard of quality. Recognized with the Best Residential Development in Spain award, Los Granados stands as a benchmark for luxury living on the Costa del Sol.
Internally, layouts are flexible and filled with light, with panoramic sea views from every unit. The project reflects our studio’s ability to combine expressive form with precise technical execution, providing developers with architecture that is both distinctive and commercially effective.
