Set on a sloping pine-covered site overlooking the Mediterranean, Los Pámpanos is a residential community of garden apartments designed around an immersive landscape and sea views. The architecture is characterized by warm terracotta stucco volumes, sinuous geometries, and handcrafted wooden elements that recall vernacular Mediterranean and North African traditions.

The residential blocks are strategically fragmented and staggered, following the natural topography and ensuring both privacy and vistas toward the sea. Buildings are organized around clusters of landscaped courtyards, pools, and pathways that echo organic settlement patterns.

Terraces, wooden pergolas, ceramic-tiled stairs, and small Moorish-inspired details contribute to an atmosphere that blends craftsmanship with a sense of place. Communal amenities, including a beach-style pool area with thatched pavilions, are integrated within a rich, native landscape that reinforces the site’s ecological identity.
