The masterplan features a network of winding paths, shared leisure areas, multiple swimming pools, and social hubs surrounded by dense vegetation. The architectural language is inspired by vernacular Caribbean and Mediterranean forms, blending white volumes, terracotta roofs, shaded verandas, and extensive use of pergolas and natural materials to create a relaxed and refined coastal lifestyle.
The layout ensures visual corridors to the ocean, while maintaining privacy and tranquility across the complex.
