Salam Yiti Golf Resort is a residential and hospitality development set in the hills of Yiti, just outside Muscat, Oman. The project includes apartments, townhouses, villas, and a boutique hotel, all organized around a golf course that shapes the landscape and frames the overall experience.
The layout responds to the natural topography through a terraced distribution that maximizes sea views and encourages cross ventilation. Landscaped platforms and pedestrian pathways connect the various areas, creating shaded public spaces integrated with native vegetation.
The architecture relies on a restrained language of solid volumes, incorporating features such as inner courtyards, thick walls, and lattice screens—elements rooted in the local climate and culture. Rather than seeking formal expression, the design aims for a discreet integration into its surroundings, offering functional solutions and a balanced relationship between built space, nature, and outdoor living.
