Urban resort planned around an extensive marina, Shamaal Harbour Island merges hospitality, residential, and commercial programs in a unified and coherent ensemble. The masterplan organizes hotels, townhouses, villas, apartments, and retail in a dense yet fluid urban fabric, shaped by the geometry of the water and the landscape of the island.

White-toned buildings, rhythmically modulated with arcades, patios, domes and terraces, define the waterfront promenades and shaded plazas. The architecture draws inspiration from vernacular Mediterranean and Arabic forms, reinterpreted in a contemporary key, and creates an iconic skyline when seen from the sea.

With a land area of 870,000 m² and a built area of 430,000 m², the development proposes a comprehensive and walkable community with a distinct character and strong visual identity.
