Los Pinsapos – Refined Architecture in a Mediterranean Landscape
Los Pinsapos is the most exclusive phase within the Palo Alto masterplan in Ojén, Málaga, comprising just 19 signature residences located on a central elevated plateau that commands sweeping views over the entire development and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. Conceived as a limited collection of luxury homes, this project represents our studio’s most refined approach to residential architecture—crafted for a discerning international clientele and grounded in material integrity, spatial sophistication, and environmental sensitivity.
The design draws from Mediterranean tradition, combining white rendered volumes with natural stone elements that root the buildings in their landscape. Unique to this phase is the use of timber pergolas, which introduce a warm, noble materiality. These elements frame the expansive terraces, filter sunlight, and soften the clean geometry of the façades, adding richness and rhythm.
Every unit enjoys uninterrupted panoramic sea views, enhanced by the elevated position of the site. Interiors are defined by open layouts, generous proportions, and a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, reinforcing a sense of calm and connection to nature.
