Ghandouri is conceived as a low-density residential enclave nestled in the lush Mediterranean landscape of Marbella’s coastline. The master plan is composed of small clusters of whitewashed volumes with pitched terracotta roofs, evoking the traditional Andalusian village while offering modern luxury living.

The site plan emphasizes fluid, organic layouts with gently curving pedestrian paths, a variety of communal green areas, and intimate courtyards. The buildings are arranged in sinuous compositions around landscaped courtyards and pools, ensuring privacy, cross-ventilation, and sea views.

A key design feature is the integration of water: small cascading pools, reflective basins, and garden ponds are embedded throughout the development, reinforcing the serene ambiance. Native vegetation, including palm trees, cypress, and flowering shrubs, completes the immersive garden experience.

Ghandouri stands out for its careful human scale, landscape integration, and architectural expression rooted in regional vernacular while responding to contemporary demands for comfort, sustainability, and community.
