Marina del Este is a coastal residential and marina project located in La Herradura, Granada. Set on a 260,000 m² site with a total built area of 120,000 m², the development includes over 650 homes—apartments, townhouses, and villas—alongside a full-service marina, commercial area, and landscaped public spaces.
The masterplan follows the natural slope of the hillside, with terraced buildings designed to preserve panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Architecture and landscape are carefully integrated through green corridors, pedestrian paths, and open spaces that soften the transition between the built environment and the sea. The marina serves as the social and functional heart of the community, with its vitality extending inland through promenades and shared amenities.
